I was reading what people were saying negatively about this company and was wondering who they dealt with. I have had only positive help and quality throughout. NO ONE has ever lied to me, or "scam" me. I do think that these negative nellies have other issues, nothing to do with pools. Clean safe and the best value on the market. What can I say.
Just trying to buy a pool
Just trying to buy a pool , paying cash and they want to run credit hit you with a hard inquiry on your credit for no reason . The lady I talked to was nice and friendly the man I talked to was a complete ass All I asked was is there another way I can prove to you I'm the homeowner. So absolutely disappointed with the way this man conducts his self on a business transaction. No way no how will I ever buy a pool from them it doesn't take much energy just to be nice to people you sir failed miserably!!! Congrats you lost a sale!!!
I am really enjoying my pool this year
I am really enjoying my pool this year. We had our share of bumps trying to get the pool installed. The installers are a sub contract issue and there was some issues with getting someone out to install our pool. The management team went the extra mile with getttour pool installed and made right on every detail. I would definitely do business with them again.
I would have gave a zero if I could
I would have gave a zero if I could. I have been trying to deal with them about getting a pool since June 11, 2022. Even sent in my deed and have been been calling almost every day and who ever cmiller is will not answer and he is always on break. I would recommend. I could only image if I got a pool how bad the service would be. Be aware don't come here.
Very poor customer service
I sent an email and was called. When I told Phil I had to talk to my husband first he hung up on me. Then I called back to tell them why I wouldn't be doing business with them and the gal told me I didn't need to call back and tell them. With this I will never do business with although I was seriously considering it.
I love my Blue World Pool
I love my Blue World Pool! Installation only took 2 days. The new copper ion system keeps the water crystal clear and softens it. Makes my skin and hair feel amazing! I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

One of the biggest hidden clauses that they dont tell you about is they put a lien on your property. They WILL NOT allow you to refinance until you have paid them in full. Add the crappy service, support and everything else others have said, if you still choose to go with this company, well, that's on you.
Customer service....
I have had a very difficult time reaching customer service or ordering parts. We have a 27' round and spent quite a bit of $$ on it.

Worst experience of my life!!! Sales man promises that it is lifetime warranty on everything. Better read the fine print when you have trouble with the pool they are like a snake. Then they talk to you like you are stupid!!! Wish I could get my money back!!!

DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM THIS COMPANY. The first pool was installed wrong and would not hold water and the installer was on drugs. I paid for water to be trucked in and it leaked because it was not installed in the track correctly.
They sent another installer pool was installed. Everything was glued. The pool started leaking within the first year.
I am now trying to install a new liner and the pool came out of the tract.

I purchased a pool from this company and I have hade the worst experience ever. First the guy that installed the pool left a huge pile of dirt next to it and refused to spread it out just a little. And let's talk about how RUDE customer service is. No matter when or what you call about they are always rude. I absolutely hate calling for anything. I will never ever deal with this company again. Read more reviews before you purchase from them.
Don't do it. You will regret it.
Worst decision you will ever make. Do not be fooled by fake reviews and fake sales pitch. Horrific costumer service followed by horrible installation. Completely damaged my whole yard. Biggest regret of my life.
Affordable Family Fun
We purchased a 27' round, 4' deep above ground pool from Blue World pools in 2020. We had a great summer, spending many hours in the pool with family and friends. It was a lifestyle-changing decision, as we found it became a great excuse to grill out, invite people over and relax. After deciding to sell our house that winter, the first thing we did at our new house was to call Blue World Pools and get the same pool again. This is our second pool in 2 years, and one of the best investments we have made. There is nothing more refreshing after doing yardwork or a long day at the office than getting into your own pool. Highly recommended!
A Blue World Satisfied Customer
We have had the pool installed by blue world contract now in our third season. We are very happy with the construction of this pool and recommend the pool very highly. To date we have found the pool very easy to maintain.

I had to give a one star to even write a review or I would not have given them that! I own a Landscape Supply Company. With investigation into this business they subcontract ALL of their work. The BBB won't even endorse them! One of their subcontractors ordered sand to be delivered to a job site in Chapin, SC. He gave us false information, will not return calls, but records show that every email I have sent him he has viewed. If in fact this is the guy he "said he was"! The company will not respond to find a resolution to the money owed on one of their pool installs! RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!! Always ask for at least 10 to 15 local references and make sure you contact them! I will now have to take legal action!

This has to be the most unprofessional business in Atlanta, GA! From day one of 5/21 this process been dissatisfying. Now I'm over the unprofessionalism. I've given them chances and overlooked a lot of issues thinking it will get better but customer service at this business is horrible. KEEP your money its not worth it.
Still waiting after 2 different dates...
After the sales department takes their time, the finance department takes weeks(I'm not even financing), then it goes to the installation team( not the same as the installer) which takes weeks to get your information to the actual installer who is behind. Who knows when I will get my pool. Salesman said from end of May it would no later than June 20th. Finance team says we gonna get you swimming in your pool, the installation team will call you to get you going. Installation team says they are weeks out. Installer finally calls June 21st and we set a date for July 1st Today, three days later I get a text from the installation team saying my installation has been assigned to someone new and now I have to get back on the new installers schedule that at least out as far as July 9th. How many installation dates will I get before getting my pool.
Sales people knowingly lie
Blue World Pools sales people are very dishonest and will intentionally lie about delivery times. I purchased a pool from Blue World Pools and the salesman said it would be installed in 3-4 weeks and they could fit the equipment through my 48 inch fence gate. 5 weeks later I just found out the opening needs to be six feet and installation is 3 months not 3 weeks. Very frustrating to have someone lie to my face multiple times for a sale.
Don't buy from them
I've had my pool for a year now! I like the pool itself but the staff and customer service is HORRIBLE! Like other comments they installer did a poor job installing the pump and leveling the pool and the ladder. On top of that your suppose to do a survey about the installer and their work while they're present. My husband didn't feel comfortable with this process. Also my banking institute switch from one to another and it cause ONE MONTH to not go through and BWP collections department called and they were so rude about one missing month. DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM THEM!
Installation delayed

The installation was cancelled once and Blue Pools had to find another installer. During this time they were very hard to get ahold of to find out information. the new installers were kind and knowledgeable and did a good job with the installation. I am pleased with the finished product but not so much with the process getting me here.
